Please take a moment to read through the policies below — they're here to make sure your appointment runs smoothly and we both have the best experience possible. By booking, you agree to these terms, so be sure to have a proper scroll before securing your slot!

🧼 Nail Prep

  • Please arrive with bare nails unless you're booked in for an infill.

  • If you arrive with nails done by another tech, I may need to remove them and start fresh — this depends on their condition and quality.

⏰ Timing & Lateness

  • Running late? Just shoot me a text.

  • If I haven’t heard from you within 15 minutes of your appointment, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

📅 Reschedules & Cancellations

  • Please reschedule or cancel at least with 24 hours’ notice — otherwise, you will be charged a cancellation fee automatically.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in 50% of your appointment fee being charged.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% and won’t be able to book again.

  • Clients who cancel last minute more than once in a short time may be blocked from booking.

💸 Payments

  • A deposit is required to secure your appointment — this comes off your total.

  • I accept cash and bank transfer (preferred) and also card (emergencies only).

  • Please try to bring the correct amount when paying in cash.

💔 Refunds & Repairs

  • Your satisfaction matters! If a nail needs a fix within 7 days, I’ve got you — it’s free.

  • After 7 days, repairs start from £6 per 2 nails. If damage is due to accident or wear, a repair fee applies.

🧒 Visitors & Children

  • No children under 14 are permitted in the studio for safety reasons.

  • I do not allow visitors, in special cases if you need a bit of moral support please let me know ahead of time.

🤧 Illness & Allergies

  • Feeling unwell? Please let me know beforehand — we’ll reschedule.

  • If you show up sick, I’ll have to ask you to rebook. Let’s keep germs out of the nail room!

  • Got allergies or sensitivities? Tell me in advance so I can prep properly.

🚩 Health & Safety

I won’t be able to carry out your service if you present with any of the following:

  • Fungal infections

  • Bacterial infections 

  • Open cuts, wounds, or sores around the hands or nails

  • Severely damaged or lifted natural nails

  • Severe eczema or dermatitis flare-ups on hands/fingers

  • Warts or verrucas on the hands

 

If any of the above are present at your appointment, I’ll have to politely decline the service for your safety — and recommend seeking medical advice first. Your nail health always comes first!

💖 Respect My Space

This is a safe, welcoming studio — and I like to keep it that way.

  • No hate, no rudeness, no bad vibes.

  • If you make me uncomfortable during the appointment, I reserve the right to stop the service.

  • Not in the mood to chat? Having a rough day? Just let me know — I offer quiet appointments.

  • If there's anything I need to know during your service — comfort, preferences, concerns — please speak up. I want you to feel looked after.
